Built by PDS · Early access for Canadian businesses

Enterprise-grade business management — up and running in days.

Dawnkin™ brings accounting, CRM, inventory, and AI into one Canadian-built platform — a real double-entry ledger and the automated flows that used to require SAP or NetSuite, wrapped so your team never touches the plumbing. Set up in days. Built by architects who've spent 15 years inside the enterprise systems.

Dawnkin is in early access. We're recruiting a small group of Canadian businesses to shape it.

What one connected system gives you back.

Quote a job, track the client, invoice the work — all in one place. At month-end everything already agrees, because it's one shared set of records. Your Saturday mornings stay yours.

When a customer calls about their order, the answer is one click away. When your bookkeeper asks which engagements are invoiced versus delivered, it's already on the screen.

Most tools are built to do one job: accounting is accounting, a spreadsheet stands in as a CRM. Dawnkin is built to do the whole job together, on one shared data model — so the same customer, quote, and invoice live in a single record, entered once.

Dawnkin is one system that's actually end to end, no integration needed. The product manufacturing creates from raw material is selected on the quote your sales team creates, which becomes an order then an invoice, which feeds the ledger your accountant reviews — entered once, flowing all the way through, and that's just a snippet.

One system, actually end to end.

Most small businesses run a CRM, an accounting package, and a spreadsheet for stock — stitched together with exports, overnight syncs, and a fair bit of luck. Dawnkin isn't stitched together. It's one system, so a record entered at one end flows all the way to the other. No integration needed.

The product your shop builds from raw material is the same product your sales team drops onto a quote. That quote becomes an order, the order becomes an invoice, and the invoice feeds the ledger your accountant reviews. Entered once — flowing all the way through. And that's just one thread.

  • Nothing to integrate — no connectors to buy, build, or babysit.
  • Nothing re-keyed — the same record moves forward; it isn't retyped into the next tool.
  • Nothing to reconcile — your books are a by-product of the work, not a month-end cleanup.

All in one place: CRM, quoting, sales orders, invoicing & AR, purchasing & AP, inventory, manufacturing, and a real double-entry general ledger.

Dawnkin end-to-end data thread A single vertical thread connects five steps — Manufacturing, Quote, Sales order, Invoice, and General ledger — showing one record entered once and flowing through every step in one system, with no integration between them. Manufacturing Builds the product from raw material Quote Sales drops that product onto a quote Sales order The quote becomes an order Invoice The order becomes an invoice General ledger Posts to the books your accountant reviews Entered once — one record, no re-keying.

Why Canadian-first matters

Canadian from the first line of code.

Every province's GST, HST, PST, and QST is seeded at onboarding — ready for your province from the moment you start. Multi-tax per line. Exemption categories. Canadian tax handled at the level a small business actually needs it.

English and French are built into the data model itself — present in every record from day one. Field-level EN/FR storage, locale resolution, gettext throughout. The only integrated CRM+ERP for Canadian small businesses in both official languages.

This matters in Quebec under Law 96, and anywhere your staff or customers work in both languages. True native bilingual support like this is rare at the SMB level — and in Dawnkin it's standard, maintained as part of the core product.

Dawnkin handles Canadian tax at the level a small business needs day to day — GST/HST/PST/QST seeded by province, multi-tax per line, exemption categories. The advanced place-of-supply engine is on the roadmap, and we'll walk you through exactly what's covered during design-partner onboarding.

Built so your books stay right.

Double-entry ledger

Your books always balance — the system makes sure of it.

Every financial entry is double-entry and database-enforced. The ledger always balances, because the system requires every entry to balance before it's saved.

Exact decimal math

Money stored as exact decimals — accurate to the penny.

$0.01 is exactly $0.01. Dawnkin stores money as exact decimals, so every total adds up to the penny — every time.

Immutable journal entries

Once posted, a journal entry stays put — corrections post as a clean reversal.

Journal entries are immutable — the audit trail always tells the true story. This is the kind of financial architecture you'd expect from an enterprise system.

Tenant data is isolated at the database level — row-level security enforced by the database engine itself, so each tenant's data stays fully separated.

Three types of Canadian business Dawnkin is built for.

Everything here is live in the system today.

Live demo

Professional services firms

Consulting, IT services, design agencies, professional practices

You quote engagements, invoice on milestones or deposits, and recognize revenue as the work happens. Dawnkin tracks the whole arc — what you've quoted, what's been delivered, what's invoiced, and which engagements are part-way billed. Its AR cycle was built for the quote→engagement→milestone-billing flow.

Live demo

Manufacturers and makers

Small-batch manufacturers, product businesses, specialty makers

You buy materials, turn them into products, and sell them. Inventory, bills of materials, production orders, FEFO picking, weighted-average costing — the MAKER demo preset tells a complete four-corner story of a small manufacturing operation.

Coming soon

Wholesale and distribution

Distributors, wholesalers, import businesses

You manage inventory across locations, receive from suppliers with GRNI accruals, and sell to customers with unit-of-measure conversion. One system that connects your purchase side straight through to your sales side, end to end.

Built by PDS

Built by the team that spent 15 years implementing enterprise systems — now made for small business.

Dawnkin is a product of Prendergast Digital® Solutions, built by Morley Prendergast — an enterprise architect who spent 15+ years inside SAP, Salesforce, and the integrations between them.

Dawnkin exists for a simple reason: the integrated ERP and CRM depth that mid-market companies get from a six-month, six-figure implementation should be within reach of a 20-person firm too. The technology was always capable of it — Dawnkin is the first to bring it to that buyer, at that price, with Canadian tax and two languages built in from the start.

The same hard-won understanding of how double-entry ledgers should behave, how ERP-to-CRM integrations should hold together, and how month-end close should land — the understanding behind PDS's advisory practice — shaped every architectural decision in Dawnkin. You're trusting 15 years of knowing exactly how these systems should work, built to work that way from the start.
