PDS earns no software commissions and holds no reseller arrangement on the platforms we recommend. When SAP is the right ERP, we say so. When it isn't, we say that too. Our only incentive is that the system works for you — because if it doesn't, we're the ones who have to fix it.
We do build our own product: Dawnkin™, an integrated CRM+ERP for Canadian small businesses. That's a different market, a different buyer, and a different motion entirely. It will never appear as a recommendation to a mid-market advisory client — because it isn't built for that scale. Transparency here protects the neutrality of everything else.
Where the experience comes from.
PDS was built on 15+ years of Enterprise Architecture, CRM, ERP, and Integration work — embedded inside programs across SaaS, manufacturing, transportation, moving & storage, and logistics. Not parachuted in as outside advisors.
The difference isn't the credential list. It's that the advice comes from people who have been responsible for making the system work and who have stuck around after launch, through success and pain.
