Prendergast Digital® is a vendor-neutral enterprise-architecture, ERP, and systems-integration firm for the $50–200M mid-market across Canada and the USA. We're the senior architect a company brings in when it has the complexity of an enterprise but not the in-house technology teams to run a transformation alone.
What we do.
We design the architecture, run the build, and stay through go-live — ERP, CRM, systems integration, data, and the governance that holds it together. Most engagements bundle two or three of those into one program with a single owner, so the seams don't show up in production.
We are deliberately independent. PDS earns no software commissions and holds no reseller arrangement on the platforms we recommend. When an off-the-shelf tool beats a custom build, we say so. Our only incentive is that the system works — because if it doesn't, we're the ones who have to fix it.

Dawnkin™ is a production CRM+ERP we designed and built from the general ledger up — double-entry books that always balance, Canadian tax, two official languages. The advice on your systems comes from that same bench.
We build product, too.
Alongside the consulting practice, PDS builds Dawnkin™ — an integrated CRM+ERP for Canadian small business, built Canadian-first in both official languages. It's a different market, a different buyer, and a different motion entirely, and it will never appear as a recommendation to a mid-market advisory client because it isn't built for that scale.
That separation is deliberate. Being transparent about the one product we make is what protects the neutrality of everything we advise.
